Thank you for giving us an outline on how to generate
content on a regular basis. The illustration through the examples that
you have given to make the point clear is extremely helpful. I will also
make an year planner for it.

Makes perfect sense John. Much appreciated and I think I’ll be implementing this myself 🙂

It is scary how this mirrors my weekly newsletter that just came out this morning, and will publish a week from today online. The “book” concept was the breakthrough for me too. I think of a month as an eBook and the year as a book.

Awesome – clarity is one of my favorite words 🙂 You know, all of this marketing stuff can be boiled down into practical, systematic chunks if you just think that way!

It makes perfect sense and you’ve made it really easy to follow. I often feel as if I’m trying to take a drink from a fire house with all that’s available. This brings clarity.

Thanks Ben – yes it keeps things fresh, but more importantly it allows me to plan far out – which means I can get some help internally in terms of people either producing or rounding up content. It doesn’t mean that’s all I talk about during the month – I too rotate themes throughout the month – but it gives me a framework and forces me to think about things a bit in advance.

I like your concept of monthly editorial themes. Do you find it keeps things fresh having different editorial themes each month?

My approach is to have 5 recurring themes that I rotate through for my content & social media interaction.
